"I am a mother of twins that are 2 years old . Working out and trying to watch what I ate was always important. However, as a wife, mother and working full time I was not working out like I used too .
Initially, I lost a lot of my weight after my girls were born in 2014 but that was short lived. I started noticing that my pants were started getting tighter and I was not liking what I was seeing. I was convinced that the scale was wrong, I asked my husband to go buy a new one; it was not wrong.
My friend’s Sara (Sara Kelly and Sara Powers) both were going to Nadine and they talked about how amazing she was. I kept delaying it because I thought I would wait to get the Christmas pounds off.
